Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction.
- Understand the residential leasing market in detail.
- Schedule meetings & viewings with potential Clients.
- Consistent follow up with clients to maximize conversion of leads passed.
- Periodic feedback from the clients on their satisfaction on our services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure more leads from them.
- Provide any client feedback to the management.
- Meet assigned financial targets.
- Understand the requirements of clients to cross sell various services.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients to generate referrals.
- Responsible to handle tenant from booking process until the tenancy contract signature level.
- Complete reservation process in MK and generate the lease forms or agreements for commercial, retail & residential units.
- Take pictures for advertisement purposes
- Responsible for move in & out inspection report.
- Prepare a current market comparison whenever required by the management.
- Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the management that are consistent with the department and Company mandate.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Leasing.
- Real Estate Certification will be an advantage in this role.
- Experience in generating leads and conversion thereof.
- Valid Drivers’ License and Own Car Required.
