Overview of the role:

  • The primary focus of the role will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting sales business data and will play a vital role in sales planning, ordering forecasting and budgeting. The role oversees the entire scope sales planning in coordination with internal and external stakeholders whilst also being the main point of reference for reporting and analysis for sales.

What you will do:

  • Generating daily reports.
  • Managing daily sales dashboard for Trading Enterprises brands.
  • Managing stocks overage and analysis.
  • Invoicing updates.
  • Managing fleet dashboard.
  • Generating overage stock report.
  • Lost and cancellation analysis.
  • Data updates and forecast.
  • Managing service quality weekly report.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • – Sales planning experience.
  • – Dashboard management.
  • – Report management
  • – Data and analytical skills.

About the Team:

  • Reporting to the Operations and Planning Manager and will work closely with the Operations and Planning team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
  • 3-4 years in Sales Planning Operations role within automotive.
  • Experience in business transformation of Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics.
  • Execute and manage entire the data strategy.
