Job Scope
An individual with a strong passion to work closely with teams across the CD finance and customer experience space. The applicant needs to have strict discipline and control over the overall process of planning to execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading the GFCF compliance for the O2C controls within the CD finance space.
- Designing detailed guidance documents on controls in order to provide clarity on control execution i.e., assigning responsibilities, designing the right evidence while incorporating the nuances of different markets in Arabia.
- Ensuring control application is in line with the guidance by performing periodic checks, review of evidence and providing feedback to the line management in case of deviations.
- Serving as point of contact for O2C matters in audits including statutory, SOX, internal and any other adhoc audits that might happen from time to time; responsibilities include liaison and submission on timely submission of evidence to auditors.
- Periodic review of control guidance in light of new tools under iOPs including ACTPM and Pega etc.
- Serve as the lead after iOPs led technology goes live in terms of tracking value unlocks i.e.,
- Sharing insights on TPM output i.e., customer / promo financials and ROI analyses etc.
- Working to land iPET in the interim and TPA in the long run within Arabia
- Running claims trackers to ensure claims are posted on time.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong numerical capability, analytical skills, and MS. Excel skills
- Basic SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other functions e.g., Customer Development (Sales), Category & Business Teams, and Teams managing distribution entities etc.
- Bias for action, self-starter and able to turnaround output quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
