Requirements:

  • Semi Qualified (Chartered Accountant) / Qualified Chartered Accountant (0 – 2 years) with-articleship (Candidates from other domain should strictly restrict from applying)
  • Experience in Internal Audit roles
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
  • Critical thinking
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Power BI a strong plus point
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with large amounts of organizational data.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing reports on KPIs, suggesting operational improvements amongst others.
  • She/He should be able to communicate effectively with the managers and heads from different functions and drive actionable in a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly analysis and reporting on key metrics based on business needs
  • Identify outliers and report them proactively on a concurrent basis
  • Root cause analysis for negative and positive movement in KPIs
  • Communicate results of analysis across functions and follow-up for preparing action taken reports
  • Help the data and insights team to cater to data requests to the functional teams Your monthly salary will be paid to you on or about the last day of each calendar month
  • Help with testing of analytics reports
  • Willingness to learn new things everyday
