As we continue to expand our operations and strive for excellence, we are seeking a talented HR/Admin Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our healthcare organization. This position involves a combination of HR management, administrative tasks, and recruitment responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and possess a strong understanding of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing processes. Proficiency in Arabic language is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Administer employee benefits packages and handle employee inquiries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

DHA Licensing and Regulatory Compliance:

Coordinate DHA licensing processes for healthcare professionals and the clinic.

Keep abreast of DHA regulations and ensure the clinic’s compliance with all applicable standards.

HR Team Building and Leadership:

As the company grows, build and lead a skilled HR team to support organizational goals.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to direct reports.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns proactively.

Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.

Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare setting, exposure to IVF/fertility clinic operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DHA licensing processes and Dubai labor laws.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership skills and a vision for building and developing an HR team.
  • Organized and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details
