Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role, you will primarily:
- Provide financial, analytical, budget, and month-end support and interact cross-functionally within and outside of Finance.
- Financial planning and analysis of headcount and operating expenses, supporting the financial forecast, annual budgeting, long-range plan, and quarterly close processes
- Assisting the planning and analysis of the pipeline portfolio and providing financial support for valuations
- Developing executive-level communications and gathering and interpreting data for decision-making support
- Working cross-functionally across several partner groups
- Performing ad hoc financial analysis and supporting special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of corporate-level and dynamic finance and/or accounting experience
- Financial education is strongly preferred
- Relevant functional financial planning experience
- Knowledge of key finance systems (such as SAP, MS Office, Hyperion planning and reporting systems)
- Diligent with strong intuition for business, and dynamic quantitative/analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Proficient in balancing multiple projects concurrently under time
- Team orientation with communication skills; ability to influence personnel across functions and level
