Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company’s financial planning.
  • Delivers timely and comprehensive reporting to Business Area and Zone (current and forecasting reports) of income statement, Balance sheet, FCF and FTE. Aligning the financial forecast with S&OP. Providing risk and commentary for top management.
  • Plans, organizes, and directs Country Financial Leads,
  • Drives applicable cross-functional activities with business and back-office departments.
  • Participates in Zone strategic activities, providing relevant input and support for shared targets.
  • Supports deal escalation process and relevant approvals as per the company’s Limit of Authority.
  • Defining and supporting pricing strategy, deal structure and review of loss-making assays.
  • Recruits, develops, retains, motivates, and aligns a high-performance team (controllers, Contract admin, OTC etc.)
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the business environments in which Diagnostics operates.
  • Ensure compliance with partner management operating framework from financial perspective.
  • Ensure up to date partner governance incl. overseeing compliance due diligence and distributorship agreement renewal.
  • Ensure proper books and records of Diagnostics for the Zone MEA.
  • Manage the operating working capital of the Diagnostic business for the zone MEA.
  • Ensure a culture of continuous productivity, pro – grow and NCC management and reporting.
  • Participate in Business partner reviews and provide input from financial perspective.

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • BA in Finance or related.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance and in financial controlling is a must
  • Previous experience in healthcare sector is a strong plus.
  • Very good SAP user is a strong plus.
  • Effective business administration, controlling and financial planning.
  • Trusted partner of technical counterpart.
  • Influential change management ensuring a successful DX transformation.
  • Professional business and financial acumen and experience.
  • Relevant rich industry experience.
  • Problem solving competencies through collaboration across functional boundary and ownership culture.
