Internship Job Description
Apply your financial skills to actual financial modelling, analysis, and reporting by working with our knowledgeable finance team. Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide general accounting support
• Help with account receivable management
• Prepare payment request form packs
• Verifying the accuracy of vendor invoices against contracts
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Creating master vendor and customer details
• Booking daily vendor invoices to appropriate GL accounts
• Creating monthly customer Invoices
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
• Currently following a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CIMA/ACCA / CPA preferred) or Finance
• Excel knowledge must be advanced – this is essential (experience in handling large-scale and complex data sets)
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Detail-orientated, well-organized, focused, and able to readily adapt and lead in a changing environment
• Strong communication and good at building relationships
• Self-starter who takes the initiative, is proactive and makes proposals for process improvement and development
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks
