Job brief:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Posting monthly invoices /Bank entries in the accounting software.
- Bank, Account Payable and Accounts Receivables reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales/purchase and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Seniors and Managers during the time of external audits.
- Reviewing and posting of vendor invoices as well as travel expenses.
- Petty cash handling and other expenses.
- Perfect documents arrangement.
- Provide general admin support.
Requirements:
- You will hold at least bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- 1 or 2 years of experience required in the same or similar field.
- Experience of 1-2 years minimum in Accounting and Admin work in UAE (Free Zone Experience is preferred).
- Ability to work well as part of a team, and be able to build effective relationships across the business.
- Be able to deliver to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload.
- Self-driven for development and growth.
- You will have outstanding influence on daily activities and tasks assigned.
- UAE experience preferred.
