We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager with a media or advertising background to join our film production house. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and fostering relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the film, Media industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
