  • Working with creative agencies to develop and deliver brand and tactical creative campaigns.
  • Working with social media agencies and digital agencies to develop and deliver social media campaigns.
  • Management of existing and future digital assets and working with a digital development agency
  • Effectively manage direct and vendor marketing material development and production
  • Obtaining approval and advertising licenses from the government sector and the Ministry of Health
  • Overseeing the development of collateral including brochures, leaflets & online media messaging
  • Supporting the commercial team by supplying support materials and collateral for corporate and community events and agreements
  • Executing community events across partner locations
  • Execute a comprehensive multi-channel strategy that successfully supports customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Jointly report and make recommendations on campaign performance with a tactical approach on how to optimize ROI.
  • Make effective use of CRM & other tools (GA4, Tableau, Google AdWords, Salesforce, Asana, Hubspot etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and track the numbers of qualified leads generated vs. target for each destination.
  • Own the creation and evolution of a library of reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau and Excel that track key marketing performance indicators.
  • Analyze marketing funnels and customer intent and work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Creating proposals and presentations for marketing collaborations
  • Excellent Power Point skills
  • Maintain a yearly content calendar of lifecycle marketing efforts around marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor and provide input to improve the effectiveness of lead generation and Account Based Marketing/Key Account Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, tools, set-up and reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with reporting results and effectiveness of campaigns as needed, implement improvements where necessary, maintain SLAs, and update them.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators across the marketing department. Analyze data and determine actions to optimize performance.
