About the job

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office, be host to clients and assist in offering coffee/tea
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail and calls
  • Support CBDO in scheduling meetings, files, reports and transport
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and overlook the office boy’s responsibilities
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred experience in Real Estate
  • Preferred European Nationals
