3rd Floor, Office# 304 Al Montazah Tower, Khalidiya Street, Al Bateen W10, Abu Dhabi, P.O Box 3467Reporting to the site Service Manager, and working alongside other stakeholders, the Document. Controller will be responsible for the collation, distribution and retrieval of contract documents including drawings, correspondence, and the technical Library and O&M manuals. Some of this work will be via the Customer’s website Handling systems related to the projects like Maximo, EMS, BMS and document systems. This role will be responsible for owning the design registers and maintain their technical accuracy.
Upload and download of documents and drawings to customers via email and specific
customer portals such as Maximo
- Distribution of documents, completion reports, KPI reports, invoices etc. internally.
- Compile and maintain project files.
- Maintenance of the Whole Life Plan to make sure that it reflects current status of
documents
- Collation of the technical library throughout the life of the contract.
- Collation and gaining approval of O&M manuals, method statements, risk assessments on an ongoing basis
During all phase of maintenance maintain records of each unit so that they are complete and available at all point during maintenance contract
- Work with the service manager to ensure that documents used are aligned with our
documented processes.
- Owning the asset registers and maintain their accuracy.
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
To be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
Complete ethics module
To fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, maintenance , KI and quality documents
Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge:
- Strong administrative or archivist background.
- Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of SharePoint ,SMS, Oracle, JDE, Maximo or similar web based applications
- Experience of Commercial document control port
