Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information.
  • Showcase properties, conduct viewings, and address client questions effectively.
  • Guide clients through the property transaction process for a smooth experience.
  • Actively seek potential buyers and tenants, offering relevant information.
  • Assist clients with lease agreements, purchase contracts, and related documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective property promotion strategies.
  • Follow up with clients after transactions, maintaining relationships and gathering feedback.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in secondary or off-plan sales.
  • UAE driver’s license preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Immediately available.
