Join our team as a Host/Hostess and play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly greeting to our guests, assisting them with seating arrangements, and ensuring their needs are attended to during their visit.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
– Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
– Answer phone calls and provide information to guests in a courteous and informative manner.
– Upsell menu items and promotions to guests.
– Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism.
– Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
– Hospitality educational background.
– Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
– Previous customer service experience.
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
– Professional and energetic at all times.
– Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
– Fluency in Russian and Chinese (advantageous).
