Job Summary:

ِAmer AL Gurair Real Estate Management seeking a skilled Real Estate Finance Manager to oversee financial operations related to our real estate holdings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets for real estate projects and properties

• Conduct financial analysis of real estate investments to identify areas for improvement • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

• Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements, including tax reporting and audits

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws related to real estate investments and holdings

• Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting strategies for real estate investments

• Monitor real estate market trends to stay informed of industry changes and opportunities

• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial partners

• Collaborate with real estate teams to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement

• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 7years of experience in real estate finance management

• Knowledge of real estate finance and investment principles

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements

• Excellent negotiation skills

Salary : 20-30 K,

Depends upon experience
