- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for – UAE, focusing on attracting and sourcing high-quality diverse candidates.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Prepare and deliver all required feedback.
Qualifications
