Duties & Responsibilities
The Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The Following
- Handle incoming calls and requests.
- Schedule, follow up and reconfirm appointments.
- Ensure that exceptional and quality service is provided to clients by maintaining constant contact with both clients and employees when the clients are in the center.
- Integrate and up-date client files.
- Coordinate client payments with billing and ensure correct data.
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data.
- Provide, and ensure remarkable customer service is provided, to clients.
- Solve and report any concern/complaint from both clients and employees to the manager.
- Perform Outcalls (to potential/existing clients) on a daily basis, as per the requirements of Medicare’s Business Development.
- Participate in business development activities when required by Medicare.
- Provide Medicare’s patients with the basic features and benefits of all Treatments.
- Perform up-selling and cross selling of Products, Treatments and Packages.
- Make sure that all clients have completed their information sheet and signed a Consent Form ensuring the same filled properly on the software.
- Ensure that the Medicare Medical Centre’s daily and monthly revenue targets of the dermatology department as set by Medicare.
- Monitoring and training of staff including but not limited to handling software properly, customer service, inventory, basic features and benefits of all aesthetics treatments, up-selling and cross selling of Products, Treatments and Packages, opening and closing duties in the center.
- Ensuring SOP’s are being followed.
- Conduct assessments including not limited to operational assessment, treatments performance audits , customer service audit and mystery shopper.
