The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient operating system to support the clinic’s needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different departments. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain clinic standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Manage the daily functions of the clinic.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
- Manage the budget to align with the goals of the clinic.
- Order medical and office supplies.
- To maintain medical and staff records as per company policies and standards.
- Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions.
- To maintain inventory records.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the clinic’s visibility and attract new patients.
- Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and admin staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that all treatments and procedures are performed safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a clinic manager
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple departments in the clinic.
