The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient operating system to support the clinic’s needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different departments. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing the clinic.

 

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain clinic standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
• Manage the daily functions of the clinic.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
• Manage the budget to align with the goals of the clinic.
• Order medical and office supplies.
• To maintain medical and staff records as per company policies and standards.
• Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions.
• To maintain inventory records.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the clinic’s visibility and attract new patients.
• Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and admin staff.
• Collaborate with medical staff, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that all treatments and procedures are performed safely and effectively.

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a clinic manager
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple departments in the clinic.
