About the job

Key accountabilities :-

. Monitoring unit cost variance.

. Implementing cost standards for materials, Labor, Machine and Overheads.

. Preparing cost of goods sold and production reports.

. Analysing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization.

. Performing month-end cost accounting close.

. Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger.

. Analysing inventory valuations.

. Preparing all inventory-related journal entries at month end.

. Defining various product and operational costs.

. Product Costing.

. Assist with other accounting projects.

. Perform work safely to protect yourself and others from injury, by avoiding any behaviour that puts yourself or others at risk.

. Follow company’s food safety, environmental and occupational health and safety policy and practices.

Requirements :-

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Proven experience as Cost Accountant with minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience.

· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

· Data Entry Management.

· Excellent organizing abilities.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Deadline-Oriented.
