An Executive Admin is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executive-level management.
Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience for 2-3 years as an Executive Admin or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned in Corniche, Abu Dhabi.
