We are looking for someone who will help build an awesome culture for the A-TEAM. Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and nurture a positive working environment.

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Develop training materials and performance management programs.

Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.

Develop clear policies, draft contracts and ensuring policy awareness.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources and assessment tests.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.

5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager or a senior HR Executive.
