Pearse Partners are currently working with an Elite Investment bank to grow out their Investment. Banking team in Dubai. You will have anywhere from 1-3 years specific M&A experience from another Investment Bank.
Responsibilities
- Being involved in every aspect of a deal, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years M&A experience
- Arabic language skills is a plus
