Position : Debt Collector
Location: Dubai
Job type: Contract (6 months extendable contract)
Job description:
- Ensure communication with defaulters through calls and emails to ensure overdue collections within given target.
- Coordinate and escalate to related departments for any necessary actions related to overdue payments.
- Notify customers about the construction milestones.
- Prepare Legal Notices and deliver them to the defaulters (email/Aramex & E-Post).
- Proper tracking of the shipments & proper action against undelivered shipments.
Job specification:
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of collections experience, preferably in real estate.
