Cost Control Manager | Independent Food Company

A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Cost Control Manager”.

• Support month-end processes, coordinate month-end accruals to Accounting, provide inventory valuation report
• Weekly prepare cost accounting records, implementing cost control procedures
• Maintain prices in the system, Food & Beverages (F&B), cleaning materials
• Issues food cost reports, provides relevant information regarding unusual movements or results
• Updates menu costing and issues food potential cost reports for one outlet every two months or as directed
• Spot checks the outlets on a daily basis, during working hours
• Obtain the budget costs.
• Preparation of a Budgeting and Cost Management Plan
• Establishing the cost centers and cost codes for the Project
• Preparation of a Budget Estimate and updates thereof for approval
• Monitoring projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved Budget Estimate.
• Preparation and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly
• Provide cost advice including cost comparison and providing alternatives
• Audit variances and ensure all outlets are abiding by set costs
