A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Senior HR Manager”.

Duties

· Design and implement company policies and procedures

· Update the current evaluation process

· Develop compensation and benefits plans

· Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process

· Conducting new employee orientations

· Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

· Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

· Organize learning and development programs; including internships

Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification

· 10 years as an HR generalist with at least 5 years’ as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· English proficiency is a must; French will be an advantage

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Able to function under high pressure

· Willingness to travel to Africa
