A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Administrative Personal Assistant”.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and following up on all sales-related paperwork (in conjunction with the appropriate agents) as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available in CRM System. This will include data entry on the CRM System, invoicing & receipting (if needed), preparing contracts, etc.
  • Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit
  • Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date filing system ensuring that all relevant documentation is on file.
  • Responsible for ordering stationery and other office supplies.
  • Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
  • Responsible for receiving, distributing, and answering all correspondences, faxes, and emails in your division.
  • Responsible for operating all the office equipment such as fax machine, photocopier, printers, desktops.
  • Well informed of all related online property advertisement and manage access of property finder (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
  • Well informed about SharePoint
  • Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents (cheques etc) through appropriate courier companies on behalf of Artha staff.
  • Followup on commission claims from developers.
  • Process agents commission claims with accountant.
  • Agency registration with developers.

Experience & Skills

  • Expert with all MS Office applications
  • Expert in SharePoint
  • Expert in propspace and profolio
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working within strict deadlines
  • Fast in typing (Not less than 32 WPM)
  • Excellent in managing office administration.
  • Excellent in timely filing of all documentations
  • Good English communication skill, smart and presentable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate in same role
  • Preferred Female
