A real estate company is looking for a telesales manager – an Arabic speaker is a must !!!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
We are looking for an experienced telesales manager to head up our growing telesales team. As a telesales manager, he will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.
Also, should have strong networking and negotiation skills. Furthermore, he/she should have good leadership and decision-making skills. His ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with the management to discuss telesales strategies.
- Training telesales staff.
- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Implementing telesales strategies.
- Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
- Monitoring the performance of the telesales team.
- Setting weekly and monthly tele sales targets.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting tele sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar role in the Sales department.
- Fluent in Arabic (Must) and English.
- Previous experience working as a telesales manager.
- Knowledge of the Sharjah Real Estate Market is an advantage
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
