The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
- Revenue Generation from Existing and New Accounts.
- Generate New Leads from cold calling & customer visits
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Positioning of Know-All-Edge Solutions Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Should have knowledge on Cyber Security, Networking, Backup, Server, Storage etc Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Should be able to work in High Pressure as this will be Target Driven Approach Constantly Build Funnel to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Target with Self Driven approach & always to be on field.
- Need to Plan activities in advance & showcase the Plan of Action on weekly basis to management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
