The MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER is the link between the client and the entire agency team. Along with their team, the account manager acts as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client’s representative within the agency.
Account Manager Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly deliverables with clients.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement.
Prepare reports on account status.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Plan and create monthly deliverables for clients.
Keep accounts up to date with required deliverables on a daily basis.
Answering all client requests in a timely manner.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Track client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
Keep records of client requests and deliverables.
