Sales Manager | Unique Properties
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a new Sales Manager to join our expanding company. They will be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring an international sales team and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong team-leading experience, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
· Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management
· Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to present the product, sell and negotiate deals
· To be fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joiners
· Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
· Lead by example and assist agents in closing deals when required
· Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients
· Create relationships, and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team
· Design, plan and execute a sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including in new regions
· Engage with potential candidates for the sales team
· Involved in the hiring and interview process for the sales team
· To act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals
· Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience
· Manage leads for the team and ensure leads are converted to sales
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones
· Conduct research to develop property market intelligence
· Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly
· Managing KPIs for each member of the sales team including leads conversion and sales target
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is a must (preferably in an off-plan market)
· 2-3 years experience as a Sales Manager
· Educated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or similar degree (i.e. real estate, finance, or business administration)
· Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level
· Excellent communication skills
· Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
· Strong personality and a ”can-do” attitude
· Proven organizational and planning ability
· Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
· Strong decision-maker
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· UAE driving license and a car
· Team player
