The business development manager is responsible for driving business growth within KAIZEN, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, researching new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections, and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income from residential and commercial projects.
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Maintain existing business.
- Closing deals and generating revenue.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4 – 5 years’ prior industry-related business development experience in Real Estate
