We are looking for a Project Accountant to be based in Dubai office to support our projects across.
Roles
- Standard Baseline Report reconciliation and PSR updates
- JDE oncost reviews, time allocations & transfers and JE process.
- Maintaining Masterplanning & Landscape Resource & Project sheet.
- WAR preparation and approval for projects starting based on LOA
- Assist in formalizing contracts for client by liaising with internal commercial
- Setting up project folder and Preparing baselines and laising with project controls to convert opportunities to live projects
- Setting up and finalizing Sub-con Contracts, payment certificates and accruals for finance
- Recording and reporting Work in hand forecast for finance
- Coordinating DI/ICS baseline set-up and reconciliation with cost model and PSR
- Undertaking Billing and Variations in accordance with the contract requirements
- MoCRA preparation and maintaining MoCRA register
- Assisting in undertaking internal governance for Planning Projects
- Assist in preparing draft PQP/PMP and associated documentation for Technical lead to review.
