- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters.
- Maintaining employees’ files and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities.
- Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database.
- Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes.
- Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives.
- Communicate with public services when needed.
- Responsible about Employees Visa & health insurance processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role is required.
- At least one year of experience in labour relations and compliance.
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Arabic must be fluent.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Good knowledge about administration process.
- Intermediate skills are MS office is required.
