We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic junior accountant to join our team who can do the following:

Job Description:

Account Payable

• Coordinating with concerned departments for daily functions.
• Booking purchase invoices of raw materials, workshop etc.
• Performing the reconciliation of RM invoices.
• Assisting in closing entries pertaining to accounts payables.
• Preparing the supplier ageing.
• Recording consumption entries.
• Preparing payments and handling petty cash.
• Coordinating with consultant for issues if any.
• Arranging logistics for sending documents.
• Preparation of reports on daily/ monthly basis as required.

Account Receivable

• Coordinating with concerned departments for daily functions.
• Generating customer invoices.
• Sorting, arranging delivery notes and packing invoices.
• Assisting in closing entries pertaining to accounts receivables.
• Preparing the customer ageing.
• Coordinating with consultant for issues if any.
• Arranging logistics for sending documents.
• Preparation of reports on daily/monthly basis as required.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Able to relocate to Dubai. (High preference given to UAE residents).
• Degree or Diploma in accounting, finance, business, or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
