Principal Account-abilities
- Receive and record HR General Administration & General Management related documents and distribute the same to the concerned for approval and processing to ensure the group policies.
- Liaise with different divisions/departments regarding documents related to HR General Administration &
General Management Department.
- Ensure that all received Business Card Request Form is filled in as per the information in the Oracle system.
- Prepare English Certificates according to HR Policy and Procedures Compliance.
- Prepare and collate internal and external memos, minutes of the meeting, reports, presentations, forms and other correspondences for HR General Administration & General Management.
- Support the Group Administration General Manager and other sections under HR General Administration &
General Management.
- Manage and organize day-to-day agendas, internal and external meetings, interviews, and events for the Group Administration General Manager.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mails, emails, telephone queries and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain document management including confidential items for efficient and orderly retrieval of information.
- Manage vehicles under General Administration & General Management Department as per the company requirement and monitor Drivers daily activities and schedules.
- Acts as reliever for the Executive Secretary of the Chief Human Capital & Chief Strategy Officer and undertakes a broad range of activities that support his office.
- Other duties as assigned by the Group Administration General Manager.
Education
Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree from recognized university in Administration
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Total work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Language And IT Skills
- Bilingual, Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must)
- Advanced IT literacy.
