Job Title – IT Support Manager

Responsibilities –
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory tracking software, Web-based warehousing software, & intelligent conveyor systems to maximize plant or warehouse center efficiency
- Provide logistics technology or information for effective and efficient support of products, equipment, or system manufacturing or service
- Analyze or interpret logistics data involving forecasting, procurement, inventory, transportation, or warehousing
- Setting up and authorizing the records on data organizing systems, information reporting software applications, or self-activating logistics systems
- Prepare or validate documentation on automated logistics or maintenance-data reporting or management information systems
- Evaluate the use of technologies, such as global positioning systems (GPS), radio-frequency identification (RFID), route navigation software, or satellite linkup systems, to improve transportation efficiency
- Tracking the movement of freight using software and satellite technology
- Maintain and develop the WMS and surrounding applications with a high focus on standardization and code reusability, clear and understandable documentation
- Responsible for the stability of WMS solution, defining stable & sustainable proactive monitoring around WMS
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Scanners, Printers, and Web portal related issues, handle network issues with the IT Network team
- Provide support in eCommerce integration and fulfillment services
Qualifications-
- Minimum 8 Years of Experience in IT System Software Development in Shipping, Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company
- Experience in Shipping, Logistics & Freight Forwarding company is a MUST
- Knowledge of WMS is a MUST
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding software is a MUST
- Minimum Education of Bachelor’s Degree in IT Engineering / Computer Science
