Requirements For IT Support Engineer
- Installation and Configuration of Windows Operating System and End user Software’s.
- Good Experience in CCTV (NVR & DVR) and Network Cable management.
- Laptop & Desktop Hardware and Network peripherals LAN, WAN, WLAN and different types of Printer configuration.
- Basic Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VLAN, Avaya 500v2, Firewall, VPN and Linux and MAC Operating System, ERP and Tally Software, Sophos AV, Google G-Suite, NAS, Fax, WLAN Controller, RAID and Server Hardware.
