Good Accounting skillsā€“ at least 5 years’ experience

1. IFRS knowledge

2. Treasury knowledge (Payments and bank reconciliations)

3. Reconciliations (Supplier, Intercompany etc.)

4. With knowledge of whole accounting process up to finalization (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-end Closing)

  1. VAT background/knowledge in Real Estate
  2. Consolidation experience
  3. Preparation of Financial Statements (Consolidated and Standalone)
  4. Experience on dealing with Internal and External Auditors
