- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer requests to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Manage decision gates and milestones interfacing with technical, design, project management, and financial teams.
- Lead reviews of proposal strategies with the Business Development Director
- Prepare resumes and project descriptions for these proposals to reflect the RFP, RFQ, or RFI.
- Process enterprise-level RFP’s, RFI’s, vendor questionnaires and vendor information for the team.
- Assemble, write & design sales proposals
- Direct new & continuing projects dedicate to CRM and operations from quote to order.
- Direct tender, RFQ, and contract management processes in support of sales.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, management or similar.
- 3-5 years of agency experience (managerial experience advantageous).
- Excellent understanding of technology (specifically web and mobile app development)
- Web development background an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the full digital delivery process including software such as WordPress, Umbraco and Sitecore
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Problem-solving & time management Skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Keynote
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Excellent English (Arabic a plus) communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- A rockstar at sales proposal development and management
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
