Responsibilities:
– Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms.
– Prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
– Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
– Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
– Maintain and update listings of available properties
– Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.
– Advertise properties on online portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).
– Building and maintaining a network of clients.
– Achieving monthly targets.
– Aggressively performing cold calling and client meetings.
– Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices.
Requirements:
– UAE experience as a real estate agent (Min 2 years).
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Strong command of english business language.
