ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a FX Sales Senior Account Manager, you will have the responsibility for promoting the growth of Star Trader.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and acquire new clients for our products, platform and services.
Make activation calls and follow up calls to new and existing clients.
You will create, manage and develop new business client opportunities, by using your own network, face-to-face meetings, visiting fairs and client calls.
Onboard new clients and expand an existing business (cross-sell)
Visit clients (face-to-face meetings with prospects)
Report on progress with the Head of Sales and ensuring that the agreed sales targets are met.
Support the Star Traders strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.EXPERIENCE:
Experience in financial products in the past required to understand how to operate in a complex financial environment.
You will have worked with financial products in the past, and will, therefore, understand how to operate in a complex financial environment.
Good understanding of FX and CFDs products
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
MT4/MT5 knowledge is preferable
Proven ability to bring passion, energy and motivation to a sales organization.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel etc.
Proficiency in English is a must / Other languages including Arabic is a plus.
