This is a key role within the Global Sales Team. As part of the team you will be responsible for developing, retaining, opening and growing business across the MENA. A large proportion of your time will be spent prospecting new business across large Regional Accounts to drive profit growth.

You will be instrumental in strategic planning with the sales team to deliver significant sales and margin growth. You will work closely with our specialist teams to ensure that you maximise the potential in every account providing the best business solution tailored to support the customerā€™s needs.

Working in a busy sales role, your ability to build rapport and long lasting relationships with your colleagues and customers will contribute to our success, as well as yours.

To be successful in this role you will need :

  • A proven track record in substantial new business wins.
  • Experience in managing large Regional/National group accounts.
  • A self starter, highly motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Strong organisational and account management skills
  • Good level of product knowledge
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Able to communicate at all levels

Role

  • Work with the board to deliver sales strategy
  • Prioritise the territories to be targeted
  • Qualify suitable sales leads in the territories
  • Engage with suitable sales leads and convert

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Work with customers to forecast stock requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on growth, trends, exposure, market share, risk.
