Responsibilities
- Develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations with direct reports.
- Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and leads its execution.
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
- Design Food & Beverage projects to meet customersā expectations based on analysis of current market.
- Work closely with Director of Engineering to navigate workflow and assist with information for rebranding and renovation of Food & Beverage venues.
- Own Food & Beverage project execution to increase and achieve maximum of the revenue.
- Implement necessary employee training program in collaboration with Learning & Development Team to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
- Follow guidelines and collaborate with Corporate Office to achieve Four Seasons Food and Beverage mission.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- 4-5 years of working experience in a managerial role at luxury hospitality environment as a department head is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest oriented and service-minded.
