Creative Advanced Technologies is looking for Technical sales Manager with minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Information Technology & Services domain within the United Arab Emirate to combine his technical knowledge along with his sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, or services provided by the company.
Sales managers is Expected to optimize corporate strategies to increase sales. As the most important sales contact for customers, he/she often conducts negotiations and decides on conditions and discounts when dealing with potentially large revenue clients.
An essential part of the role is control over the achievement of objectives. A Sales manager is expected to compare the actual target situation and check whether adjustments need to be made and whether the company achieves the sales targets as planned.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads by professional network, calls, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more.
- Setting targets, creating performance plans, and maintaining standards for sale representatives.
- Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales.
- Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products.
- Documentation and control of target achievement.
- Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients.
- Reporting to the Commercial VP.
- Develops a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
- Plans and presides over weekly sales team meetings.
- Maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and monitors their preferences.
- Resolves escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Tracking sales, Business development & Sales Operations team metrics and sharing them with company leadership.
- Provides pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance.
- Attends marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company.
- Develops and manages sales Funnel with weighted opportunities and hit-rate metrics.
Work experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Information Technology & Services domain within the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment and an understanding of technology and technological innovations.
- Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success.
