Roles and Responsibility:

  • Revenue Generation – as mutually decided with the management
  • Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets
  • Provide the suggestions to the management for improving volume, and price levels
  • Suggest new technologies/territories for increasing the business
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, & Planning
  • Promoting Brand and services
  • Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
  • Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
  • Undertaking market research, mapping of competition, formulating sales and marketing strategies
  • Build referral and lead generation network
  • Key Account Acquisition & Retention
  • Doing the logistics and analytic calculations and identifying the cost expected and returns in business with the new / existing clients while making proposals, price packages and presentation for clients
  • Identifying Channel Partners: Looking for partnership opportunities in domestic and foreign territories with a vision to set up successful channel partners
  • Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient service and resolve grievances immediately
  • Respond to clients, prospects and partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients
  • Expand market intelligence to drive business forward
  • Preparing weekly/ monthly reports regarding the leads generated, business closed, demos conducted etc
  • Maintain technical knowledge regarding all areas of Megh’s service offerings
  • Make sales plans for each LOB/Niche
  • Create detailed sales campaigns to meet targets
