Job Purpose : The intent of this role is to play a collaborative and proactive role as a member of the Engineering team, in the greenfield manufacturing facility of Hayat Biotech located in KIZAD, Abu Dhabi by guaranteeing continuous, reliable and uninterrupted services for process equipment that support a 24/7 manufacturing operation and ensuring that all multi- disciplinary responsibilities are in compliance with in-house protocols and cGMPs.
Key Accountabilities :
1.To implement and maintain documents management system
2.To follow and improve document control procedures
3.Ensuring all documentation meets the requirements and required standards
4.Coordinating the whole process of document management for document drafting, reviewing,
approving, training, distribution and so on.
5.To establish and provide correct draft template
6.To establish and maintain logs for documents
7.To keep all related original copies and electronic copies of documents which are generated by the company.
8.To print, copy, scan, and store documents
9.Preparation of Folder Structure and maintaining of documents
10.To distribute related copies to internal teams
11.To check for completion of documents as per company’s requirements
12.To process/ circulate the documents for review and approval by other teams.
13.Retrieve files as requested by employees and other parties.
14.Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
15.Handle records across various departments
16.Create templates for use by other personnel
17.Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
18.Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Experience and Professional Requirements:
1.Work experience of at least 5-7 years as a Document Controller or similar role
2.Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
3.Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
4.Proficient typing and editing skills
5.Data organization skills
6.Attention to detail
