Sales Manager is responsible for extensively managing and developing the sales team and will be overall in charge of the performance of each of their team members. The ideal candidate is motivated and well-organized with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of Real estate manager experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English and Arabic proficiency is a must
