Accountant with Owners Association experience

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

  • Prepare SC invoices based on RERA approved budget
  • Prepare receipts against payments
  • Prepare required supporting documents for developer review and approval for supplier payments
  • Enter supplier invoices and payments into system
  • Reconcile developer contribution and unsold invoice service charges payable by Developer
  • Support budget preparation and reconciliations
  • Support Madinat Badr JOP and MC
  • Co-ordinate with auditors on Interim and final audits
  • Co-ordinate with Finance and operational teams in Head Office as and when required
  • Keep cordial and professional relationship since the person is site based with the owners, developer and operational team

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce, MBA Finance, CMA
  • Expert Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
  • Accounting SAP

Experience and Skills:

  • At-least 3 years of experience in OA / MC industry
  • Have good AP experience
  • Have good AR experience
  • Intermediate MS office skills
