Role Purpose
The role of the Senior Product Manager is to lead on the F&B online delivery product roadmap, vision, and strategy across Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas. This role will develop product monetization initiatives across web & mobile apps, from conceptualization to market rollout and scaling along with building the customer journey for online food delivery.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Strategy, Planning & Delivery
- Drives revenue growth strategy – pricing, loyalty, tactical awareness, incentives strategy, core experience initiatives and a number of growth opportunities to attract and retain customers across the region.
- Manages and drives a team of product specialists to direct and ensure KPIs are being addressed continuously.
- Formulates key strategy initiatives based on impact through a data-driven approach
- Address long term product challenges through a deep understanding of business and product dynamics.
- Partners with regional online delivery providers on joint demand activities to target and convert customers.
- Drives integration initiatives between LEC Food & Beverage concepts on apps and websites and external online delivery channels
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as operations, marketing, E-commerce, IT, CX and finance.
- Leads the online delivery touchpoints with key focus revenue optimization and fosters accountability and rigorous decision-making to ensure desired business outcomes.
- Collaborates with key stakeholder to drive strategic planning and run core operations/business cadence.
- Aligns key functions on shared F&B vision, KPIs, metrics, etc. to structure and execute analyses needed to develop recommendations.
- Evaluates existing platforms while ensuring that experience meets customer demands and needs while looking at what new products and features will make the online channel even more engaging, and more valuable to customers.
- Works closely with different functions to create and implement and roll out of new features for online channels.
- Actively seeks out business partnerships in order to reach new segments within the region.
- Develops KPI concepts and measure the impact of newly released features with Analytics and Experiment ;
- Drives the team for research and due diligence to identify new opportunities and mitigate existing gaps and areas of improvement.
- Prioritizes key strategy initiatives based on impact through a data-driven approach
- Leads critical projects based on emergent business needs.
- Oversees and actions a calendar of eater focused activities, managing a promotion budget being mindful of efficiency
- Deeply understands the customer experience for our users with the focus on our end consumer.
- Owns and drives projects related to customer experience across various customer touchpoints.
- Understands the LEC F&B concepts across all sales segments, identifying potential opportunities to help them grow on the platform and empowering our sales and account management teams to make this a reality
- Be the strategic partner to team members within the F&B department and other departments across LEC.
- Deliver end- to-end projects and manage ongoing workstreams, from initiation to execution.
Definition of Success
Oversees and drivers a projected online delivery revenue of 59M AED across the region – ‘22Total COGS at 50%

Minimum Experience
- Overall experience of 8-10 years in product life cycle
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in online food delivery, ecommerce or related industry is a very strong plus.
- Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into delightful user experiences.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing and leading product / program management in emerging markets
Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
PMP preferred.
